Client Service Manager
Ivana Link is a key part of Hemington’s client service team. She coordinates daily operations and administrative duties with unmatched care, accuracy and attention to detail. Ivana works closely with our custodians and supports advisors in both the Chicago and Northern Virginia offices. Her warmth and speedy responses help the team provide exceptional service to Hemington’s clients.
Ivana joined the Hemington team with more than 15 years of financial experience and valuable expertise in the RIA industry. Ivana has lived in the Chicago area ever since moving from Poland with her family when she was nine years old. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Illinois at Chicago and now resides in Roselle, Illinois with her husband and two young children.
Outside of work, Ivana enjoys traveling, volunteering at her kids’ schools and taking long family weekend trips up to their cabin in Wisconsin.
